3: Implement a Rigorous Screening Process

To screen resumes for essential qualifications, we use a combination of automated tools such as ATS systems in combination with manual review techniques. We conduct initial video interviews to assess the client’s cultural fit with the company as well as their communication skills and motivation. Our reviewing process incorporates structured behavioral interview techniques to better predict job performance and reduce bias.
